Auburn Academy is committed to promoting a culture of belonging for all members of the Academy community. Diversity in all its forms is a fundamental part of what makes the Academy great. Each person at Auburn Academy brings unique and valuable life experiences and perspectives which enrich and strengthen the Academy community.

A crucial part of the Academy's educational mission is to attract and nurture talent from all walks of life. In pursuit of this, Auburn Academy invests heavily in programmes which provide students with support, promote equity, and foster a sense of belonging. This website shares some of the initiatives at the Academy which work with specific groups and the Academy community as a whole to make Auburn Academy a place for everyone.
